ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (within Ghana): 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

We work with reliable local and international courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
THE TDC BRAND is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYS
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as:

- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- High order volume periods (e.g., drops or sales)
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
THE TDC BRAND is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
